WAYNE J. GOULDING, SR., CEO AND FOUNDER OF LUNCHSTOP: Wayne has 40 years of experience in the food service industry. With a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, he has personally developed many of the food programs, policies and procedures that are in place today at LunchStop. During his career, he has been the Chief Operations Officer for large California based food service company and directly in charge of administration, purchasing, warehousing, catering and restaurant operations as well as unit support services. Wayne is currently responsible for the LunchStop organization. This includes the development, supervision of the sales of LunchStop franchise program and the corporate purchasing programs. He demonstrates a total dedication to the development of the franchise concept and is personally committed to complete quality in the products and services provided to all clients.


LINDA R. GOULDING, PRESIDENT: Linda has served as President as of April 2006. She previously served as Vice President since the acquisition of LunchStop November 22, 1999. Linda attended California State University in Hayward, majoring in Mass Communications. As a non-traditional “foodie”, Linda comes to LunchStop via a legal secretary and paralegal career along with experience in banking. Linda has had experience in foodservice over the past 13 years in the areas of catering, menu and recipe development. She oversees LunchStop’s general administration, operations, legal aspects of contract and franchising, training, marketing and business development.


LAWRENCE N. SHAPIRO, SECRETARY, TREASURER AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Mr. Shapiro became the Secretary, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of LunchStop, Inc. on November 22, 1999. Mr. Shapiro is an Enrolled Agent and business consultant. He is a Senior Partner and Director of Medal Associates, Inc. From 1960 to 1993, Mr. Shapiro was with the IBM Corporation. During that period he held numerous management and executive positions with the most recent being in site operations management, Total Quality Management, and planning.


WAYNE GOULDING JR., VICE PRESIDENT: A former student of San Jose State University, Wayne has more than 21 years of foodservice management experience and has held various positions of increasing responsibility in most of our support and operations departments. In his current position, he is directly responsible for National Accounts of LunchStop franchise operations as well as those located in Central California and has extensive experience in catering and unit operations management. He will work closely with his clients and our franchisee to ensure that the details of your program have been specifically tailored and executed to our clients needs.
